Deimo was established in 1981 and through its well-organized electronic engineering and production departments, it designs and produces electronic boards and accessories for textile machinery and the automation industry.

Deimo has merged with Stäubli Italia S.p.A. in 2011 and is a member of the Stäubli Group since 2007.
Stäubli is a mechatronics solution provider with three dedicated divisions: Textile machinery, Connectors and Robotics.
